Refund Schedules
21 or more days prior to tour & services start date: --100% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
14 to 20 days prior to tour & services start date: --70% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
7 to 13 days prior to tour and services start date: --50% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
24 hours to 6 days prior to tour and services start date: --30 % of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
Upon beginning of tour: --NO REFUND FOR ANY MONIES PAID (Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.)

Unused products and services.
This insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).

Special Requests and Needs.
Please advise any special needs and/or requests at the time of booking. We will endeavour to meet special requests, but cannot guarantee that they will be, nor will we be responsible if any are not met. If you have any medical conditions or disabilities which may affect your travel arrangements, we need to be advised at the time of booking. If we cannot accommodate your needs/requirements, we will advise you at that time.

Visas and Decumentation
Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining on validity. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the necessary visas to enter the countries to which they are traveling.
