My wife and I met Enver Beyazyuz in Istanbul in September of 2008. He planned a trip for us to Southern Turkey along the Mediterranean coast. The night before we are supposed to leave, my wife had stomach problems. All the pharmacist were closed because it was Sunday. I called Enver late at night and he found a pharmacy that was open and he even walked me to the pharmacy and explained the problem to pharmacist. Late that night, my wife was getting sicker and we thought we would go to he hospital. Enver came over hotel and we called a doctor in United States. Enver got on the phone with the doctor and interpreted what the pharmacist said and what kind of medicine he had given my wife. Enver even offered to go with us to a local emergency room if necessary. Enver had only known us for one day. We could not believe what a kind and concerned person he was.

The next day we flew to Antalya and that night, my wife got sicker and the doctor said we should come home. We called Enver and told him we would have to cancel our trip. This was the first day after ramadan which is the start of a long holiday n Turkey. Everything is closed. Enver said he did not know if it was possible to get us home on such short notice on holiday but he said he would try. Somehow, Enver was able to make all arrangements to get us from a small town in the south of Turkey, to Antalya, then to Istanbul, then to London and then home ….
All the ways to Los Angeles in one day on a Turkish national holiday with only a few hours notice. I don’t know how he did it but it was a miracle. He was also able to get us a partial refund whch he did not have to do, but that is the type of person Enver is. I cannot recommend Enver highly enough. He is smart, kind, honest, resourceful and extremely knowledgeable about Turkey and the wonderful history of Turkey.

He is the best travel agent in Turkey and i am also proud to call him a friend.

How are things treating you?  Pretty quiet in the offseason?
Thank you for everything. It was a great tour you did organise for me and I will never forget Turkey!. I recently talked to a guy who is going to be going to Turkey in January I believe for a couple of weeks.  I'll give him your email address and maybe you can help him plan some things to do.  I'm going to tell him a little bit about my trip, I just don't know how the tourism season fares in some areas in January.

Everything has been fantastic so far.  My parents enjoyed their trip,
and are planning on booking tours in istanbul with you when they get there. 
i'm not sure how long i will be there for.  it will depend on how long we
spend touring around. we will phone you to book when we know more what we
want to do.  can you send me your mobile number? also, my aunt and uncle
will be in istanbul for a 3 or 4 days.  i have given them your card, and
they will come and see you to book a couple of things when they get there.
